This year for Halloween we stayed out for more than 30 minutes. Camille is now 3 1/2, Aliza is 19mths...they were actually able to go down one whole side of the neighborhood! And we have the candy to prove it :)
It was FREEZING this year! Which normally it's chilly, but this year I felt was extra chilly! We changed up Aliza's outfit a tad, gave her a sweater and leggings instead of a one-piece leotard I had planned on making...maybe another time :) I gave her wings, made some antenna's and called her a butterfly! haha! Camille was set on being Rapunzel from Tangled. We gave it our own spin...instead of long hair, I tied scarves together! It was cute...but she was cold!! We had a fun evening...it ended with a fire pit and warm chili and jalepeno poppers in our front yard with our neighbors! We LOVE our neighbors!
The kids have since forgotten about their candy...however, it haunts me daily!
